We may not be able to meet in person right now for our music class, but I wanted to give you the guidance and tools to hold music class in your homes. Put this video on once a day and it can help you run your own class, or use this video to learn the activities and spread them throughout your day. These activities are suggested for ages 6 months - 3 years.

Use this video as a guide, but take this time to interact and participate with your child. Activities should be adjusted to the needs and desires of your child. Please take into account the age of your child. The younger the child, the more gentle the movement will be. Follow your child's cues and adapt the activities to what brings them joy. At times you will show them movements and be their example and other times you will copy their movements validating their ideas and attempts.

Music has huge benefits for your child’s development. Engage with your child musically on a daily basis to help them become fluent in the language of music. And because you are in your own home, go all out.

Be silly, have fun, and make it a part of each day! Good luck!
